When it comes to follow up see and imagine your prospects as being on a roof and your the only one that can save them. You have something they need but they might not know it yet. Each step you go up the ladder is a form of follow up.
So when something unexpected happens, don’t just dwell on it. Have the thought something even better is going to happen. This is a powerful way to handle life’s little mishaps and jabs.
You can’t immediately change your surroundings and circumstances, but you can change how you think and you feel. You can learn to become more neutral in these situations.
